(draft) What If the Models I Rely On Go Down?

• What if model providers like Anthropic and OpenAI experience outages and we can't use Claude Code or ChatGPT? What options do we have? I think this is a topic worth exploring from both individual and company perspectives, so I'm going to organize my thoughts here.
